• Join us for a focused one-off Introduction to Acrylic Painting taster session in North London, designed for beginners and those with some previous experience who want to try the course before committing to the full 10-week programme.
• This session introduces the key materials and techniques of acrylic painting through guided studio practice, with a focus on colour, layering and texture.
• The studio is a short journey from Crouch End, Finsbury Park, Archway, and Highgate.

Class Description

• You’ll join an ongoing Introduction to Acrylic Painting class and take part in a guided studio session focused on the basic materials and techniques of acrylic painting. You will explore paint handling, colour mixing, and simple approaches to layering or texture, depending on the class activity that day.
• This taster gives you a genuine sense of the teaching style, class pace, and studio atmosphere of the full course. Individual guidance is provided throughout the session, making it suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to build confidence with acrylics.
• If you decide to continue, you’re welcome to enrol on the full 10-week Introduction to Acrylic Painting course, subject to availability.
• All basic materials are included, except canvas, which can be purchased at the school.
